What You'll Do

💊 Safely distribute prescribed medications

🔒 Maintain medication inventory and controlled substances

📅 Coordinate medical, psychiatric, dental, and specialty appointments

📋 Maintain Medication Administration Records (MARs) and electronic documentation

🤝 Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, and treatment providers

👩‍🏫 Train and support staff on medication administration procedures

❤️ Build trusting relationships with women as they work toward recovery

Qualifications

Required

• Medical Assistant (MA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Current CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to obtain required clearances

Preferred

• Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, residential treatment, or community healthcare
• Medication administration experience
